By accessing or integrating with the TechWantToTree API and platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our infrastructure.

2. API Usage & Uptime SLA

We provide a 99.99% uptime SLA for webhook ingestion. You agree to use the API responsibly and not intentionally attempt to bypass our rate limits or idempotency mechanisms.

3. Intellectual Property

All platform design, rule engines, cryptographic ledger mechanisms, and logos ("TechWantToTree") are the exclusive property of TechWantToTree Inc. You may not reproduce or claim ownership of our proprietary software or interface designs.

4. Real-World Impact Guarantees

We guarantee that all programmatic tree allocations will be executed via our certified planting partners. Verification timelines (satellite/drone) are subject to environmental conditions and partner reporting cycles.

5. Limitation of Liability

TechWantToTree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to webhook delivery failures from third-party systems like GitHub or Vercel.
